1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1  These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 80jl1 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website 80jl1.vip and any related mobile-optimized versions thereof.

1.2  By completing the 80jl1 registration process and creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation.

3 Account Registration & Security

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment

4.1  All financial transactions on the 80jl1 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 80jl1 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.

4.2  The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable limits:

4.3  Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are set by 80jl1 and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. These amounts are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal Conditions

4.4  Withdrawal requests will only be processed to accounts and payment methods that have passed 80jl1's KYC verification process. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5  Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If this is not possible, 80jl1 may require the player to provide an alternative verified account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.2  General bonus conditions applicable to all 80jl1 promotions unless otherwise specified include:

6 Game Rules, Fairness & RNG

6.1  All games available on the 80jl1 platform — including slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo rooms, and arcade-style titles — are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between general platform terms and a specific game's rules, the game rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay mechanics and payouts.

10.2  Where 80jl1's liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 80jl1's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1  80jl1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

11.2  In the event of account closure where no breach has been established, any remaining balance in the player's account after deduction of any applicable bonus adjustments will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3  Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

13.4  Nothing in this Section shall prevent 80jl1 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or interests.
