8 Data Retention

11 Children's Privacy & Age Restriction
11.1 The 80jl1 platform is strictly restricted to persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above. This minimum age is mandated by PAGCOR and is a condition of our operating license. 80jl1 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
11.2 Where 80jl1 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been submitted by a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data (subject to any regulatory requirements to retain evidence of the age violation), and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required.
11.3 Parents and guardians who become aware that a minor has submitted personal data to 80jl1 should contact our support team immediately so that corrective action can be taken without delay.
Age Verification: As part of our PAGCOR-mandated KYC process, 80jl1 verifies the age of all players before granting full account access and withdrawal privileges. 12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
